ULTRAFLEX – QUALITY, HIGH STANDARD & PERFORMANCE.

Ultraflex is British designed & UK manufactured right here in Kent, South East England.

At FSM Group every decision we make starts with a simple question, “How does this benefit the customer?”

Creating the Ultraflex brand was no different.

It wasn’t a short process, but a long journey, one with many a turn and corner, but we didn’t stop as we set about creating the industries number one brand!
In partnership with arguably the industries most skilled craftsmen, we spent years in research & development product testing until we found the right combination.

Whilst some will cut corners, reduce the thickness of their steel (WE WILL NEVER DO THIS) at FSM Group, we work closely with our customers to give them the products they need, but most importantly deserve! Ultraflex was no different. We do not compromise on quality, and that is why we are confident that it will not let you down.

Think Quality – Think Ultraflex

Originally designed as just a liner, the huge success meant we were asked to develop a wider range. So, we listened to our customers and expanded our product range.

The Ultraflex brand now includes:

• Flexible Chimney Flue Liner
• Flue / Chimney Adaptors
• Register Plates
• Supports
• Terminals
• Cowls

Installing a stove is no small investment and that is why you need a product that is easy to install, made to the highest specification and most importantly, doesn’t let you down.
We went to the market with Ultraflex with the aim of being THE INDUSTRIES NUMBER ONE and we achieved this.

Ultraflex is the benchmark of the industry; often copied but never beaten. It is simply the best.

Ultraflex – Flexible Flue Liner

Our ULTRAFLEX liners are all made of stainless steel twin-lined grade 1 quality and produced to the highest of standards. The liners are designed to withstand high temperatures and have a good resistance to corrosion.

We produce different grades flue liners:

  • 316/316 Stainless Steel
  • 904/904 Stainless Steel

Each designed to perform under various circumstances depending on the types of fuel used.

Quality

Our liners and products have all been quality tested. Our liner has been tested by BSRIA and has a designation number of EN1856- T450-P2-D-VML-L500-24-G.

Operation

The liner will withstand thermal shock at 1000°C for a short duration in emergencies.

However in the event of a chimney fire the product will need to be checked by a competent person before re-use.
Such high temperatures can have a detrimental effect on the product life.
